 Remedy Online
  • Remedy online is the new web based application for incident and problem management for the University.
  • This new service will offer web access to the new ITS:Servicedesk schema, the new management reporting system and leave booking.

 Remedy Desktop Client
  • Download and install the latest MS Windows Remedy client software (version 7.5): Remedy Desktop Client
  • This desktop client software is installed on your computer, allowing you to access Remedy without a browser.
  • The application runs on all modern versions of Microsoft Windows only.
  • To use the desktop client from outside the University, you must connect via the University VPN.
